Social media Account manager


Responsibilities:

Create, develop, and execute social media strategy for clients; including but not limited to growth ideas, content ideation /creation, best practices, campaign/ launch concepts, and overall suggestions to stay proactive with all accounts

Build out Client calendars inclusive of strategy, creative ideation, copywriting, best practices and more

Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, inclusive of prompt and thoughtful communication

Report on Client analytics, drawing conclusions and action items from the data

Create content for Clients as applicable, including IRL content capture or at home

Collaborate in the Client photoshoot process - inclusive of ideation, moodboards, sourcing props, scouting locations

Stay on top of platform updates, best practices and trends; relaying all relevant information to Clients in a timely manner

Oversee and delegate appropriate tasks to Account Coordinator, ensuring their output is reflective of high quality work. Develop and coach Account Coordinator, reporting progress to upper management

Spearhead and / or monitor internal communication and task delegation, ensuring all requests are clear and that timelines are being hit

Requirements:

At least 3 years of social media experience

Interest in lifestyle, entertainment, trends, and current events a must

Innovative, strategic, and analytical thinker

Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills

Social Media COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Strategize, execute, and manage a portfolio of client Social Media ad campaigns (primarily Instagram, with some Facebook and TikTok)

Develop marketing strategies and create clear plans to achieve client business goals

Communicate strategy, performance, and campaign recommendations to Clients

Work closely with in-house Account Managers to align on timeline and goals

Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance to achieve Client objectives

Requirements:

3+ years of paid Facebook advertising experience, building high converting funnels and driving quantifiable results

Strong understanding of the social media landscape

Deep knowledge in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad copy

Experience in creating and explaining analytic recap reports




influencer + brand relations coordinator


Responsibilities:

Lead influencer and brand relationship management, strategy, and campaign execution for company Clients

Identify and curate influencer lists for seeding and paid partnership opportunities that fit the ethos of each brand

Identify and curate brand partner lists for cross promotional opportunities (ie: giveaways, mailers etc)

Create Influencer briefs and prompts to ensure campaign messaging and requirements are clear

Manage negotiation with influencers, as well as contracting and redlines

Lead and continue to scale influencer and brand partnerships and relationships 

Work with Account Managers to accurately communicate brand priorities and objectives to influencers and brands.

Stay on top of industry trends, relevant campaigns, and technology advancements in this space.

Create recap reports that include complete measurement of all campaigns to evaluate whether KPIs and returns were hit

Oversee scheduling of influencer /brand  content to ensure posts are aligned with campaign timelines

Requirements:

3+  years of experience managing influencer and brand relationships 

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of the social media landscape

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preexisting relationships with brands and influencers preferred

Experience negotiating influencer contracts



Content Creator

Responsibilities:

Develop, design, plan and execute media assets for client social media platforms: Instagram (Reels + Feed primarily, IGTV is a plus), and Tik Tok

Ability to creatively produce video and photo assets that are engaging and in theme with each individual brand’s aesthetic, ethos, and style 

Stay current with industry/advertising/cultural/topical trends

Must be able to shoot and edit quickly (in instances of topical / timely trends)

Work in close partnership with Social Media Management team to coordinate on campaign themes, product releases, relevant brand information, deadlines, asset delivery 

Requirements:

Strong photo, video and editing skills (specifically as it pertains to Instagram and Tik Tok)

Deep understanding of the main social media platforms and how to optimize content 

Ability to spot trends before they becoming mainstream

Ability to creatively source props, models or other items needed for making strong, compelling content

Responsibilities:

Design, create and curate visual assets for client social media accounts and digital outlets

Aid and work collaboratively with the Designer and Senior Designer

1-2 years of professional design experience

Maintain high standards of quality for all outgoing projects. Review and approve all deliverables before they are presented to the client, ensuring they meet the brief and quality criteria.
